The Secret Council
Who do I think these people might be:
I'm actually not sure Cerise is a member of the Council, she looks like she's working on her own to me, especially since Nathalie has a (fake?) Butterfly Miraculous Brooch in that flashback scene, they would know Cerise has it now? But the multiple voices of her Akuma speeches still make me wonder... so I put her for the Mask (cuz her first room was full of masks and she always changes identity) or the Pen (cuz she writes all the time).
Didn't have many ideas for the Wheel (could it also be Sublime's mom as a new entry, with her "Perfect" daughter?) and the Sword, but I'm pretty confident the latter might be D'Argencourt, especially after seeing him in 'Dark Castle' back at his nonsense once again, also he had connections to Gabriel since he's Adrien's fencing teacher and he tried running for Mayor twice already, he wants to change how things work, revert back to "better times" or whatever.
[EDIT: New cool theory for the Wheel]
I'm pretty sure Audrey is part of this, she was shown in "Feast" looking at the Temple being brought back, together with Tomoe and Gabriel (& Nathalie). She has known him for ages and, just like Tomoe, she showed up at his Diamond Ball and says he owes her something. I put her in the Scepter, cuz Style Queen has a a scepter that looks kinda like that, but it has a male voice, so I also added her to the Eye cuz that one didn't speak and the symbol still feels fitting enough. Put Lord Graham in the Eye too cuz of the symbol on his necktie, not sure he's involved in the French illuminati tho.
I think Chloe will have some role in it, I'm not entirely sure she's doing alright since her departure to London in s5 (and from what I could tell in her Zoo videos in s6). I think they've set up something big for her and that's why she's still around (If they showrunners seriously hated her character, they had multiple occasions to get rid of her, yet she's still in the show and her mother is incredibly sus) -Interested in me yapping about what I think of Chloe's arc, how it might evolve, and why I'm not mad nor suprised her "redeption" failed in s3?👀-
King of Plastic also has a scepter very similar to that one, he might be the Scepter of the council? He also looks like he's got connections with many different industries, including Gabriel's, as we saw the class trying to reach out Nadja and other important people to ask for their support, but they all said they can't go against Bertrand King, cuz he funds all of them. Speaking of Nadja, I'm thinking she could be a candidate for the Pen's seat herself, or her boss, the News CEO...
For the Wheat we know this guy is called 'Camilo Pista' from the subtitles and from a contact in Gabriel's phone in an episode. If that's his real name then we have yet to meet him... wait maybe the Flour company owner is Camilo Pista...
Anyway, If it's instead someone we already know and that's just a fake name, I think it being Roland is more traumatic and dramatic than it being the flour company... and he's more sus than Tom (y'all idk about the theories who think it's Tom, I think he's too young to be Nathalie's father tbh, they both do and don't make sense, I'm scared😭), cuz Roland has lived the past 20 years away from everybody, he wants a "Simpler World" and I can see how it would match with what he told Nathalie in the post-credit scene of "El Toro de Piedra".
His house is small, but as Gabi taught us, your home is never too small/big to have a giant basement with corpses inside!! Lmao, anyway...Would explain why Astruc said he's proud of "Simpleman" episode, if it turns out not to be a silly filler episode and instead the motive of the leader of the Secret Council... yeah..
Btw the "Flour Company" I mention for the Wheat is this one from 'Bakerix'. I think the owner of this company might be part of the Council (not the delivery guy), since it seems they're all rich and/or powerful people).
What are your guesses about these people's idenitities? Do you agree with the ones I put in each spot? Did you spot some proof about the ones I wrote could be correct? Who would you add to the list of each seat's suspects?
I personally belive we haven't met all of them yet, so we're probably see them secretly being introduced in "filler episodes" (how people call em) between s6 and s7, but I also think we have met some of these people back in s3 and s4🤔
I thought it might be fun to do some designs for what the new hawkmoth might look like before her design comes out. I made a couple variations since there’s so much that can be done with a butterfly motif. I particularly like the mask concepts I came up with.
I hope they do something very different from hawkmoth and actually utilize butterfly patterns, shapes, or motifs in the design process though I fear they will not. As a joke I made a version of what I expect she will look like based on past design choices.
My fear is that it will be a recolored version of her civilian outfit (like they did with miss hound) with colored skin for no reason, very little allusions to butterflies, and a lot of gray (like hawkmoth) . I do have some faith in the creators though since they have made really nice designs for some of the heroes and villains.
Watch your step.
She’s giving MJ.
