i havent been THIS excited for mlp content in SO LONG!!! heres to hoping for the best for mlp: forever friendship!!!!!🎉🎉🎉

i feel like mlp g6/forever friendship is gonna be like transformers. i grew up with my little pony g4/friendship is magic and i LOVED that show and never wanted it to end— it was basically born WITH me. but it can’t live forever, but they also don’t want to make a new thing entirely that won’t capitalize at all off of old popular characters… so transformers media model.

80s toy cartoon —> mild but There presence in the 90s and 2000s —> blows up in the late 2000s/early 2010s —> rides the 2010s (horse /hj) forever and ever into the ground until that cycle can repeat again or hopefully evolve

hasbro is hasbro and i think they should do something like what their tf teams have done. if optimus prime is marketable, KEEP HIM! if pinkie pie is marketable, KEEP HER!! don’t just ignore or forget old characters who were significant once, you are wasting toy sales!! look what they did when they made live action cgi mirage and gave us a say gex joke. BAM TUMBLR NEVER FORGETS AND YOUR HUMAN CHARACTER WAS LIKEABLE FOR ONCE!! MLP TAKE NOTES
