my lovely girlfriend told me about a minecraft horse she once had named Ieurfaleus and i took that n ran to make a my little pony-esque design of em :] heavily based off of a horse color variant you can find in minecraft!

What inspired you to do art

good question! i’d say a mix of a few things :p

for starters, the pieces of media i consumed growing up is a big factor (to this day!) ;; i loved littlest pet shops for as long as i can remember, my little pony as well, undertale, fnaf- basically anything that i’ve ever enjoyed, especially bc i mostly like cartoony stuff.

adding to that last one, the fanart for the media i’d enjoy would be very appealing to me too!!! loved taking inspo from different art styles, oftentimes my style’s a mix of a buncha different stuff i learned i like in my style over the years! also some of my earliest online memories is watching mlp speedpaints and lps customization speedpaints on youtube! i’d also watch things like flipnotes and animatics!

another thing, it’s kinda got a self-indulgence to it, to be able to draw anything i want, to a degree (i have my limits💀);; i can make any crossover between my favorite characters if i wanted to, i can redesign characters, i can make characters, i can make a lot of things BESIDES characters (but they are my specialty)!! i can express myself freely other than stuff i’m still learning, and i find that to be … empowering in a way??

and lastly of course, ever since i was little, i wished for someone to enjoy what i create as far as art goes. i think its natural to want someone else see your art in hopes of enjoyment from the other party, at least to a degree. when i was in elementary school, probably 5th grade or so, i painted something in art class that made it to the school calendar and was presented in art shows and such. that was so exciting, little ole me has chased that thrill ever since pffff😭 it was a very formative experience.

plus, i especially appreciate it when my peers enjoy what i make :] when i was in middle school, i was so obsessed with undertale that i kept drawing asriel and toriel on sticky notes and leaving them stuck to random places around the school; to the point where i’m pretty sure people started calling me the goat person (respectfully lmfao). i’ve made friends through doing this before as well, i didn’t entirely stop doin that sticky note thing since middle school. i always loved the interactions i’d receive out of it!

so yeah, uhh

TLDR; my interests, fanart, self-indulgence, and appreciation from others :]

HAIIIII i redesigned my rainbow dash because i wasn’t satisfied with my previous design 😭😭 this one feels much better lmao;; HEAVILY inspired by susie from deltarune!!

i made a pinkie pie playlist!!! :D been meaning to do this for SO LONG but only got to it like, a few days ago. i’ll be adding more as time goes on and i find more songs, but the playlist’s got a pretty good amount of tunes now!

UPDATED REDESIGNS OF MY CMC!!! :]

i gave all three friendship bracelets and tweaked up markings n such!

i realized it would be impractical for AJ to have her mane cover her eyes (even though i Really like that design idea and Want to give it to someone from the mane six, i can’t figure out who at all), so i gave that to applebloom instead!

scoots gets some goggles, as well as some pig tails as a callback to g3.5!! shes also related to cheerilee in some way for my version of these guys, but i’m not sure how yet! also her cutiemark was tweaked a lil bit, the symbol in the shield-like thing is a butterfly but with pegasus wings! :P

sweetiebelle i kept quite simple, i gave her a green tone to her coat since i gave rarity a yellow tone, i gave her similar markings to rarity as well, and a longer mane! plus i added a bell necklace and golden diamond shaped earrings to match (given to her by rarity of course!)

my dumbahh jus realized i never posted this akdhskfbdh sorry for my hiatus, but here’s my updated design for fluttershy!!

wanted to change the blue i had to green and messed around with accessories to give her a more cottagecore vibe :] pretty satisfied with the result!

she’s taller than the average pegasus and has bigger wings than the average too to match but she’s still not the best flyer 😭 and now not only does she still have a fear of heights, now her eyesight is Ass . bless her soul💔
