Dr. Lecter, lately I have been struggling with the thoughts of killing people. I seriously feel as though I could kill certain people in my life without feeling any guilt; actually, I think I'd be thrilled to kill them, given the chance. How do I deal with these thoughts?

Likely by seeing a therapist. Killing someone should only be done in self defense, and even then it's a last resort.

Why do guys just never like me?

If looks weren't a factor at all, wouldn't my charming personality and wonderful sense of humor be able to catch any fish in the sea? (Disregard all the imperfections that may coincide with my two best traits mentioned above.)
