I made Italian sausage stuffed tortellini and roasted heirloom tomato soup. It was a first time for me. It was pretty good. I didn’t quite get the hang of making the tortellini well enough for them to stay together. 😕 It was more about the roasted tomatoes and garlic for me anyway.
