Thank u lots! I second guess myself about how I portray him sometimes so that's nice to hear! c: In most of my fics their relationship with Angel is much further along, so they'd be a little bit more at ease/natural than he is in the demo. I'm glad you like it!!

I use Aseprite for desktop! It's a dedicated pixel art + animation program and I love everything about it. Tons of plug-ins and scripts for it on Itch and GitHub to cover extra features if you need more than what it comes with.

Used stinky Photoshop and my precious Paint Tool Sai (still use it for starting off larger pieces sometimes) when I was first learning, but if you're asking because you wanna try pixel art yourself then pretty much any art program will do. Anti-alias turned off + tiniest brush size possible!
