The Chief Entrepreneur of Coasters Company Limited, George Spencer Quaye has called on the government to allocate some capital for startups in the country.

In an interview with Mr Quaye, at the just ended Africa Mobile and ICT Expo 2015, he told TechAfrikico that there are a lot of Ghanaians with creative ideas but the major setback has been the capital to implement them.
