New Outfit ✨
Ummm may or may not be making myself a vtuber!!! This is the design so far!
A little intro to the character:
This is P-12 "Neon" the metal sonic! the 12th of it's series, a series of prototypes to the final metal sonic. Neon was initially created to be able to switch between a mobian form and its usual badnik form, but there was a malfunction to that! Parts of its design were later reused for Neo Metal Sonic. Its full name is Metal Sonic prototype-12 CODENAME "Neon" but Eggman has shortened it to P-12 "Neon".
After being awoken by Silver the hedgehog 200 years in the future, P-12 now assists him in missions, working from the backlines either as a spy/hacker or a sniper if ever needed. Neon's sensors and voice chip are both messed up since they were both left unused for so long
