I'm on mobile but wanted to write meta for Olivier as a Master so here we go.

Olivier has the capacity for talent within Extra's setup, but no idea what the hell he'd be doing: he'd be a case of confusion and wasted potential being made very clear. He'd last for a rather short time, and would only survive by wit and the skin of his teeth in many cases.

In a standard Fate verse, he's much more suited to medical magecraft – though he's also the type to be able to botch things if he gets too nervous. He relies highly on being able to mimic what he sees in either case, however.

As for Command Seal placement, Olivier's command seals would be on his back (spreading over his shoulder blades) rather than the traditional hand placement – this reflects on that his strength is "having someone's back" in a sense.

And finally, we hit wishes: though Olivier would lie with a smile and say he wishes for Leo's success, what he really wants is to finally have a life where he is acknowledged as himself...and only himself. In short: a life where he was never, ever associated with the Harways, one where he knows his own family and is finally just Olivier.
