The sign in the back said

"I need more room to get out".

Like..... Okay...... Thats fine. But you made it so that the people to the left (also a handicapped car in a handicapped spot) can't use the whole walkway like they might have needed?? Not to mention that the spot on the other side of the isle, also a handicapped spot, was completely unusable because the nose of the car was in the way.

Like i get it. Accessibility is important and everyone deserves it. But if your accessibility takes it away from others, that's neither fair nor kind.

Mobility - a bs term not even listed in Wikipedia for fitness but written by broscience on the internet and presented at "seminars" by d-bags.

There is flexibility.  There is range of motion.  Mobility as a word means movement.  

Do you move?  Awesome. Want to move better for a specific goal?  Good.  Good for you.

You want to be a mobility functional trainer?  Memorize this chart.  Then kill yourself.  Painfully.

This picture has the origin of who generated this hilarious flow chart.  It's hilarious because it was an intentional joke.  And it's funnier, because mobility coaches are terrible human beings.
