South Dakota cops say To Hell with our Constitution and our First Amendment and illegally arrest a man for giving them the finger.

Yeah, maybe the guy giving the finger is an asshole, sure, but it is still protected speech.

Cops are the Government and the Government should and cannot be imprisoning us because they don’t like our speech, even giving them the finger.

This is a shameful arrest by Triggered cops. Cops don’t like the Constitution, go move somewhere else.

#thenatureofrefuge the voter suppression thats happening in ND made me think of these photos that i captured a couple months ago on the Standing Rock reservation in SD and a little town right on its border called Mobridge. the Sitting Bull Memorial is located on beautiful isolated hill behind the casino overlooking the lake and feels wild quiet. nearby Mobridge is a sanitized whitewash of americana and the town boasts a statue of a cowboy riding a fish. I'm 30 days clean today. What even is my life?? Fuck... kill me now. It's probably not very "recovery" of me to celebrate by taking a shot of vodka and 10mg of Valium but, hey, my drug problem is solely with opiates/tweak. Right...?

Anyways I already took the shot and the diazepam so it's too late now.
