there’s a mockingjay playlist on spotify called “battle anthems” which uses the logo and a pic of katniss to advertise so someone at lionsgate must have at least OK’d it...as if that makes up for an album...

idk if people have mentioned this already but seeing as we’ve already concluded that there won’t be a companion album this time around, i might as well add that there was no mention of one in the production notes.  

The only song mentioned in the credits (where all songs during the film or during the credits would be) is Deep in the Meadow performed by Jennifer Lawrence.  Maybe a full version? throwback to 2012 im so excited to cry

Dear Lionsgate, Thank you for letting Lorde do the Mockingjay part 1 soundtrack. Can she do part 2 also, if she's not to busy or anything, really I absolutely love the Mockingjay part 1 soundtrack. In my opinion it was the beat soundtrack out of the three. I loved it! So Lionsgate and Lorde, could you guys work out a little something-something again for Mockingjay part 2? I have never loved a soundtrack to a movie more than I do this one and I think another one for Mockingjay part 2 would ne just as good (if not better) than Mocking jay part one's soundtrack. OMG!!!!! so you know how i was going to post the video? well youtube blocked it sorry!! =/ the album's still good though.
