when the thought of a finnick odair prequal makes me ill but I desperately want people to understand how upsetting this man's life was. I'm sick of people looking at his capitol persona in catching fire and seeing that as the basis of his character. rather than the man who worked tirelessly for the rebellion, who gave his life for the cause, the man who cried constantly for months when his love was taken, who held her hand and never let go when she came back, the man who had multiple suicide references in the books. Finnick Odair lived and died tragically

like honestly i don't know whether to be offended that no one told me, or grateful because i now get to enjoy this as if it's new content, either way this is literal perfection and i will be obsessively thinking about it for at least a week
