Hey! Sorry we just noticed this!! But yes!! People under 18 are allowed to buy the zine! The 18+ rule is only for applicants because the Mods don’t want any minors to be exposed to any “unsavory” behavior while we’re not present. This is a precaution to keeps minors safe.
TDLR; Yes people under 18 are allowed to purchase the zine once it’s available for purchase.

We’ve gotten some questions by people who want to apply to the zine but don’t have a proper “portfolio” site for us to look at. A link to your art tag would be fine. A link to an art blog/deviantart would be even better!! So don’t be afraid to apply if you don’t have a proper portfolio!

Hi! Yeah that was something we didn’t notice when making the applications, and someone mentioned it earlier, but Mod Silent said they’d take care of it as soon as they got the chance too!

Hey, sorry to ask this, but would you consider changing the Benny gif in your sidebar to a static image? A fast moving gif makes the text on the browser version of the blog really difficult and disorienting to focus on. (That might just be for folks with visual processing problems like me, though.)
