Hi I’m 17 years old transgender and i live in Iran. In Iran most of psychologists are homophobic or transphobic they only make me confused also I’ve just read about nonbinary and they don’t know them or they just accept binary and traditional things to do after all they may accept you as a trans. It’s really hard for me i want to talk with some one who has complete and correct information also I’m wondering to go abroad for study and surgery is there any good country for surgery and study?

I can't speak for other countries, but I know that in Finland it is possible to get trans health care even if you're not a citizen. But. Finland doesn't recognize nonbinary trans people either and the waiting list is usually around a year long. I hope our followers also have information about this section, too.

hi, is it possible to get top surgery without being on hrt anywhere in europe?

In most countries it is possible on private clinics as a plastic surgery operation, but unfortunately you'll have to pay for it out of pocket. In Finland it's 5000€ but I can't say for the other countries. There may be a possibility for government paid surgery in some countries but I don't know for sure. Does anyone following know?

Hi! I wanted to ask mod Andreas specifically (since you seem to be the mod for Finland..?) where they saw the top surgery procedure for 1500-2000, because the only one I have been able to find is 5000+ euros and I would love to cut down on the cost if possible (and without sacrificing too much results, but i don’t know if you’d have a frame of reference for that)

Hi! It seems I've made a mistake. You are correct, the cost for top surgery starts at around 5000 euros. The site I used as a source before was about a correction surgery after top surgery. So for example if you get uneven scaring or develop a concave/convex area after top surgery, you can then get the corrective surgery for around 3000 euros.

I couldn't find any information on if it's possible for a person who is not a citizen of any European (or EU) country to get top surgery in any of the EU countries? With, for example, a visa and insurance only. Or maybe with anything else, I just couldn't find absolutely any info abt this, which is why I'm asking

I can't promise you 100% but I'm under the assumption that you can get top surgery if you have visa/insurance. At least it is that way for many other surgeries, so I'd assume it was like that with top surgery

Hi I'm trying to find good peri surgeons in Europe but it's so hard to find any info in English. And a lot of surgeons don't even have pictures of their results. I would honestly travel anywhere as long as they can do it well for under €4000.

If you're comfortable with going to a private clinic, and your breasts are small enough for a peri operation, in Finland it costs around 5000 eros for top surgery. With government pay it's 300-500 euros, but I don't know the requirements of getting the government to pay for it if you're not a legal citizen of Finland
