Hi everyone! As the mods for this BigBang, we want to be as transparent and helpful as possible. We’re all excited for sign-ups tomorrow (Wednesday, 1/22) and wanted to get a quick “Meet the Mods” out there first! There is an faq on the BigBang blog and check-in information will be sent over email as well as posted on the blog. There are four mods for the Gendry BigBang, all of whom are super excited for more gendrya content! Christine aka @ladystvrk had her first introduction to Game of Thrones with the (itty bitty) gendrya fandom back in season 2 and she’s loved the ship ever since. She is a writer for the fandom and is excited to see how artists and authors collaborate for the BigBang! Kat aka @the-bisexual-disaster joined the asoiaf/got fandom in season 7. They started shipping Gendrya when they discovered the fandom around the same time. They are a writer for the fandom and make bad memes and incorrect got quotes. They are really excited to see what everyone comes up with for the bigbang and very honoured to be a mod for the event! Jess aka @celestialboyds a gendrya and arya stark stan who occasionally writes the odd fic or two and makes fic art. She also spends her days making cursed content (terrible memes) and crying whilst attempting to write angst. She is super hyped for this and can’t wait to see what people come up with! Kaitlyn aka @gendrydeservedbetter - Longtime asoiaf/got fan, short time tumblr user specializing in cringe content. Sometimes she writes, but mostly she enjoys reading fics. Avid supporter of book!Arya and book!Gendry. Super excited to be a part of this and can’t wait to work with other content creators!
