Hello what does prompt roaster mean?

The roster was made so that anyone with prompt ideas could join it, and then be asked each week (one at a time, taking in turns) what the Weekly Prompt should be.

I’m hesitant on using again just yet due to the blog being inactive for such a long time, but I’m sure it will be picked back up again!
