Yes... though I'm not an expert on it. I only put jewelry or caps on mine occasiona11y.

There's also things like horn molds to make younger tro11's horns or horns of tro11s who broke theirs grow into a certain shape, though that obviously isn't something everyone can do at any time.

I also know some people like to paint their horns or get them carved. Persona11y, I'd never carve mine, since it's permanent like a tattoo, but I've seen some pretty ones before.
