What are the requirements for becoming a mod? Apart from being disrespectful, is there anything that would automatically disqualify someone? Also, if it's not too much trouble, could you please tell me a bit about the hiring process? Thanks.

Your questions aren’t too much trouble at all.
The requirements for becoming a mod are really simple; You have to be relatively active and friendly oh and like the character you are moderating for
A mods duties include queuing for characters, ships and answering any asks. It also includes sorting through the queue occasionally.
Being disrespectful to members of the cast/crew and fandom is the only thing that would be likely to put us off. Purely because this is a blog that is a safe haven and for fans of all ships. On this note, you don’t have to be a multi shipper, you are free to post what you want on your own blog. We would prefer it if hate was to a minimum, and any of it was properly tagged, just because you are representing the blog in a way. We would also be reluctant to ‘hire’ anyone who participated in ship wars as you will be working alongside people from all the ships in the fandom.
As for the hiring process its really easy- we tend to work on a first come first served basis, so if you are interested if you could come off anon, tell us whether you would like to mod for Emma/Killian or both and possibly a reason why you would like to be a mod. From there we’ll probably check out your blog- just to make sure you are (mainly) positive, particularly in relation to the character ship and the next step would be adding you to the blog.
