Will you be putting qsmp 2in it's own active sheet or no? And you missed some recent streams I think there's been streams to the qsmp info in December for Christmas and all the stuff for qsmp 2 immediately after

Hi, we received a couple of questions about this, so I'll cover everything under this ask. Yes, the QSMP 2 spreadsheet will be its own spreadsheet, and we already have the streams from December for Christmas and all the QSMP 2 info-related streams in an internal spreadsheet. We just hadn't publicly shared the spreadsheet yet, so I apologize for the inconvience. We'll release a public spreadsheet as soon as QSMP 2 officially airs!

Misadventures is both a streaming series and a episode series! That being said, I don't blame you guys for assuming it's solely a youtube series

Yes, we are aware that Misadventures is a mixture of streaming and episodic series. Generally, it’s more geared towards a YouTube audience with many members live streaming directly on YouTube. There are a few members that stream on Twitch admittedly.

Regardless, we don’t have enough archivists or capacity to track another large project long term. If there is interest to volunteer for the project, we will gladly share our methods and help set up the foundations. Feel free to reach out to the archiving-questions channel in our Discord about it. Hi! As of currently, most of our scope consist of archiving and tracking Twitch series rather than YouTube based series especially since Twitch recently announced that they are implementing storage limits. Alternatively, we can teach people who are interesting in archiving Misadventures SMP in the case of any cc’s streaming it? If there is an interest in our archiving methods we could release a archive guide.

Hi, are you guys currently archiving The Realm SMP VODs? Just wondering as there are some expired ones that I can't find anywhere.

Yes! We are currently archiving The Realm SMP. We're a bit behind on the spreadsheet side of things since we are working on multiple other archive projects simultaneously, but know that we should have the Realm spreadsheet out pretty soon.

I know this is only tangentially mcyt, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask. Do you know if there is any archive of the more recent James Marriott streams? The channel I used to watch only has until like 2022 so I'm wondering if anything after that is just gone now

Looking into our archive for James Marriott, we have all of his his Origins SMP vods back from Oct 18, 2021 to Dec 9, 2022. And it looks like we have more from Jan 16, 2022 to Mar 3, 2024 in our back up archive. We stopped around March 2024 since we were shifting our resources for more Minecraft specific content creators.

Regardless, those vods we have aren’t currently posted publicly but you can join our Discord and reach out to the archivist that has all of them. They’ll be happy to send the files to you directly. Feel free to ask in the archiving-questions channel.
