Imagine how cool it would be if we had animated plants in TS2 (like we have in TS3 or TS4), of course it's not that close but this one I found by accident on TSR -> https://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2/title/animated-maple-trees/id/730069/

ok but hear me out........ the upcoming ts4 pack with the tattoo table......

that converted for ts2, but functional..... same animations as the bv massage table (+ the tattoo gun accessory attached to the artist-sim's hand??? they don't even need to be properly holding it imo, just having the accessory there would be cool i think). the client changes into undies instead of towel, loses comfort/energy(/hunger/hygiene? lmao) and gains fun and maybe social too? so the table advertises for those. change appearance dialog comes up (in the case of facial tattoos) but otherwise tattoos are still applied with overlays as usual (oh to have a 'buy clothes'-style dialog window for tats...... 😢). the tattoo artist gains creativity skill + arts&crafts enthusiasm as they work. custom memory for the client sim if it's their first tattoo (or a repeatable one could be cool too?) 🤔🤔🤔 functional tattoo table.....

Does anyone know of a Limo mod, where in addition to calling a taxi, your Sims can call a Limo (perhaps with an expensive cost)?

I love the idea of my wealthy Sims only getting around by having a driver take them somewhere, but they are too fancy for a taxi!

So many mod ideas

I've had less time than ever lately to spend on sims-related stuff, but it hasn't stopped my mind running wild with ideas for new mods I have no idea when I'd find the time or if I'd even develop the ability to make!

I felt really inspired by @antisocialbunnysims's latest video where she tinkered in SimPe and edited various mods to her taste and talked through her thought process - I really wish there were more video tutorials for Sims 2 modding or even just footage of mods being created!

But, like I said, I may not find the time or capability for all of these so any modders reading, please feel free to make any ideas you like the sound of! A heads up and credit for the idea would be lovely, but I'm pretty sure you'd be able to beat me to making it!

Mods I'd kill for in The Outer Worlds:

- Romancable Companions

- Pets (S.O.U.S. available in DLC)

- Tamable Companions (mostly Canids, Primals and Sprats but all species should be Tamable or able to be acquired through breeding and domestication)

- Additional Quests

- Homesteading (with this mod Supernova will allow you to also sleep in any properties you own or rent.) Note: Rented properties from any company are liable to be automatically deducted from your bits at the start of each in game month. Once you enter a rental agreement they can only be ended via the Loan Charter in Fallbrook which will send you on a goose chase quest before voiding your rent in hopes of squeezing another month's rent out of you before you nullify the contract. If you do not have money in a Byzantium bank account to pay rent then Collectors will come once every month. Refusal to pay begins combat with them. Only a Persuade, Lie or Intimidate of 100 can prevent combat. They will not stop you from owing money. Any option other than prompt payment accrues interest on your owed rent.

- Collectable readable books and an accompanying bookshelf for the captain's quarters

- Additional decorative quests for the captain's quarters

- N-Raptured usable item in game

- NSFW Mod Scene at least half as decent as Skyrim has got

- The option to pay companions at discretion or split bits evenly (this would create a need to remove dialogue mentioning the captain not paying companions)

- The option to offer sharing the captain's quarters when Ellie mentions that the rooms are unequally distributed. This would open up the option for companions to sleep in your quarters if their quest line has been completed. (A sleepover mod if you would.)

- Cooking and drink mixing

- Sitting Down

Ulfric Mod Idea (that I hope someone makes and uploads for Xbox as well as regular PC)

Okay so I've been playing with the Kaidan Immersive Features add on mod for Kaidan. And watching the little videos showing the Ulfric vs. Kaidan dynamic a bit and it gave me an idea for a mod.

Imagine an Ulfric romance/Follower mod. Let's say you help him win the civil war and you defeat Alduin. Now during the civil war quest line,he flirts with you on occasion,compliments you,encourage you,and so on and so forth.

However the bulk of the romance happens when the civil war is over,AND Alduin is defeated. You enter Windhelm to him holding a feast in your honor,and formally inviting you to join his court. You saved Skyrim and the world,both from the empire and Alduin,it would be his honor to have you in his court. You get your own apartments in the Palace of the Kings. Which just so happen to be right next to his. He names you Thane if his hold as well. You also get your own handmaids(2) and an allowance (1000 gold a week). You are gifted textiles,the best mead and wine,and lots of honey.(As would be fitting for a wealthy noble)

Then after a couple of weeks in game to settle in,you are asked to go on the official tour of Skyrim that Ulfric wants to go on to ensure diplomatic stability before the moot is conveened. First stop is the Rift, and the other provinces that first supported him when the civil war began. While you have your own tent,Ulfric insists you share his. In his tent you get to learn more about the man. Hear more than tales of glory and valor. He makes you flower crowns,lets you brush and braid his hair,applies your war paint to your face.

He is soft in the few stolen moments of privacy you get while on tour.

Of course no political tour is without it's troubles. Wagons break,dragons attack,forsworn in the reach,bandits in the rift, imperial assassins and spies,witches and warlocks,and all sorts of scuffles and mishaps happen on the way.
