first up i made two pride-themed recolors of the 4t2 harness top from lovestruck, because i love that mesh so much and i've wanted to recolor it since i first saw it (hopefully i can make more sometime 🤞)
one design is an edit of a keith haring piece i found, and the other is a simlish recreation i made of that one priDEMONth graphic (i've included the pngs in the zip if anyone wants to use them for anything). i also added some leather and fabric textures for detail. the tops are available for both AF and AM, on meshes by @lucilla-sims (here) and @kahdesta (here, thank you so much for the conversion btw, i never got around to saying it! 🖤)

second and most exciting (for me at least, lol), i made my first accessory box!
it looks like the little nail polish bottle in the first image, is found in plumbing/misc, placeable on surfaces, and it has 15 pride-themed nail colors, available for CU-EU. i originally just wanted to turn @moocha-muses's original pride nails (which i still owe my greatest inspiration to!) into an accessory box, but then i saw how pretty the textures on ava's nails were (handpainted!!!!!) and it made me want to blend them together, and these are what i ended up with.
the mesh for the nails is by shadylady482, and the mesh for the bottle is by hamartia, very helpfully remapped by the lovely @shastakiss🙏🖤 the little cursive logo on the bottle is from these. the biggest credit though goes to picknmix's dbpf scripter program and accessory box tutorial, without which i doubt i'd ever have had the confidence or the ability to make something like this.
i had to learn so many new things to make this, and i couldn't have done it without all the shared knowledge and tutorials the community has put together over the years. i'd be here forever if i tried to list them all, but i wanted to acknowledge them anyway. thanks ts2 community for over 20 years of helping each other make stuff 🖤
ok but hear me out........ the upcoming ts4 pack with the tattoo table......
that converted for ts2, but functional..... same animations as the bv massage table (+ the tattoo gun accessory attached to the artist-sim's hand??? they don't even need to be properly holding it imo, just having the accessory there would be cool i think). the client changes into undies instead of towel, loses comfort/energy(/hunger/hygiene? lmao) and gains fun and maybe social too? so the table advertises for those. change appearance dialog comes up (in the case of facial tattoos) but otherwise tattoos are still applied with overlays as usual (oh to have a 'buy clothes'-style dialog window for tats...... 😢). the tattoo artist gains creativity skill + arts&crafts enthusiasm as they work. custom memory for the client sim if it's their first tattoo (or a repeatable one could be cool too?) 🤔🤔🤔 functional tattoo table.....
new wip because i really wanted some masculine underwear for female sims, and it's been on my to do list for a long time! the texture is based on these 4t2 ones by lucilla
most of the boxers i could find for f sims are more like. inspired by boxers/briefs but still very 'meant for women'/feminine in design? in a 'boyfriend jeans' / 'boy briefs' kind of way. if that makes sense. and i really wanted actual simple masc boxer briefs 🤠
i paired them with a sports bra here but i'm also planning to have no bra + bottom only versions... and the ultimate goal is to also turn these into overlays, for that visible waistband under the low rise pants look (sort of as a companion to the thongs i was working on... i'm hoping to get both sets working in time for the y2k gos theme but we'll see if i can learn overlays before it ends 😅)
feeling Not Great so i think i'm gonna try and recolor these with some denim textures for funsies..... i tried to load bodyshop with all my cc in so i could make some sims but it crashed so :''')))
i Have to learn how to mesh. so i can 1) convert existing m clothes for f sims 2) frankenmesh bodyshapes + convert clothes for them 3) make small mesh edits to things i need 😤
