Energy workshop excercise

Sensing energy:
The goal for this is to learn how your personal energy feels to you. It could be warmth or pickling or vaugly magnetic or it could make your nose itch, or your stomach queasy. There isn’t a correct method of feeling it, and I’m looking forward to hearing how it goes for you.
Step 1: reduce the distractions so you can pay attention to your senses. A bathroom break in a stall or washroom is a discrete way to do that.
Step 2: hold your hands palm together in front of you and slowly pull them apart then slowly move them back together.
Step 3: repeat as long as you like.
Step 4: ground yourself by washing your hands, handling some rocks or soil, or having a snack
Step 5: let us know how it went!
Try and see (sense) if there are layers to the energy you feel.
Try it with your eyes closed and open
Try it after rubbing your hands together till they are warm
Try it moving your hands vertically apart, horizontally wide, or diagonally.
Try keeping one hand still, and only moving the other
Try moving a hand, or both hands, toward your belly, or top of your head, or knees, or feet (actually now I wanna try sensing energy with the soles of my feet)
