Reminder for Contributors

Happy Trek Tuesday! Is that a thing? We should make that a thing.

We are extremely happy to see all of the contributor applications that have been submitted so far! Going forward, we ask that you only submit an application that includes at least a rough summary of your piece. It doesn’t have to be final or detailed, but we need an idea of where you’d like to go and it’s relation to the theme: conflict of duty.

A gentle reminder that while any romantic ship is allowed (or none at all if you prefer platonic), there must be an emphasis on all three members for the triumvirate! Please make it clear that you intend to do so and meet the theme requirement.

Happy November!

November is submissions month for the Terms of Service Zine! This week we're focusing on fanart submissions. If you're a fanartist who draws for Trek, we want you. Pitch your idea to us and you may just be included in our physical print!

The rest of the month we'll be focusing on different ships between the triumvirate. Remember, even if your work is focused on one ship, all three of the triumvirate MUST be included to meet our theme!

Next up will be Spirk week, running November 5-10. We will be taking submissions for other ships and ideas all month as well. The deadline to submit your pitch will be December 1st!

Hello again, fellow-Trekkies! We are pleased to announce that the very first stirrings of the 2025 Star Trek Terms of Service zine have begun. We know the price of the 2023 edition was a limiting factor for many of you, but unfortunately necessary due to shipping costs and the whopping nearly 200-pages it contained! So, for the next edition, we want your input.

For the 2025 edition, do you prefer:

A longer but more expensive zine

A shorter but cheaper zine

I have no preference
