Hello!! Our artists and writers are hard at work coming up with ideas & drafts for the zine, which we’re excited to be sharing in a couple of weeks!! We’re excited to announce our selected creators; we’ll have a contributor post up soon so keep an eye out for it! ( ´ ▽ ` )b

In the meantime, the mods are finalising some shipping & cost details, and we’re looking to expand our team to decrease the potential cost of the magazine so that more people will be able to enjoy it!!

It was tough before, it will be tough now, and it will be tough tomorrow. But we will survive for the euphoric moments cause they are so damn worth it.

You may call me Ki, a name given to me by the person who has inspired me to make this blog which I’m doing for myself.

Here you can find LGBTQ+ memes, positivity, support, and the defense of subjects we care about. Proper introductions of mods will come later.

Applications for artists, writers & designers open on 10 June! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و

Artists & writers will have until 24 of June to sign up! We’re looking for merch artist too so interested artists can look out for that (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*: ･ﾟHave a look at our Application Guidelines to know what we’re looking for!

Designers will have until 30 June, an extra week because we’ll be asking them to do a sample test layout! Don’t worry, we promise it’ll be an exciting new adventure!! (๑>ᴗ<｡) More info on this will be released soon; feel free to ask any questions!

Hello everyone!! A lot of you have been curious about who’s coordinating this magazine and we’re excited to show you the team who will be running with you throughout the whole of UA High Magazine’s production!

Heya!! Ki here; I’m a writer & the creator of UA High Magazine!! This’ll be my first zine experience as a mod, and I’m so happy to have a team to work with & support through the creation of this zine! I'm Slepsy and I'll be your server :D I'm excited to mod this zine with everyone else  and see what rad ass magazine we can make ^O^ I''ve modded the BNHA Quirk Zine and the Kacchako Zine, and I'm currently a mod for the Berserk Family Zine, the RoyAi zine, BNHA Hallowzine, BNHA Myths Zine, MHA Pacific Rim Zine and the Todoroki Zine !! :D

am glad you like the emails!! i thought it would have been best to keep everyone updated, especially applicants who applied early/ those who are unsure if their application went through, and just wanted a smooth and stress-free process for everybody (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*: ･ﾟthe mods’ biggest hope is that this will be a fun project for everyone to enjoy!

when the application says link 3 works that show variety, does that mean 3 style types we can choose? I've been declined from zines for "not having a consistent style" I think because I showed different ways i can create work (lineless, lineart and cell shaded, painterly) I just want to be sure what you mean by variety ! Thank you <3

Hey there! Yes, you may choose 3 style types, or you could link pieces with different focuses i.e. one has a fully-done background, different themes you explore through your creations if any, one that showcases a good grasp of anatomy etc. For this project we welcome variety, so don’t be afraid to show us any three works you’re proud of & we’ll be excited about them w you╰(*´︶`*)╯
