hi, @/cloversconstellation's new account here! i have a

despite me having some history with mogai in the past, back when i was a bad-faith actor before actually realizing i was one of those "weird queers" i used to think were "giving the community a bad name" (the anti-mogai to pro-mogai pipeline is real /silly), there's one thing i always got confused on, even to this day, and it's gender-in-nature vs giaspec.

i at the very least know giaspec encompasses genders only, but, does gender-in-nature encompass everything regarding that gender's quality unlike giaspec? as in, does it encompass gender, orientation, presentation, alignment, and all that? i'm tagging the labels i hoard on my blog, and i feel like using gender-in-nature for everything could be easier for tagging than using giaspec for genders and gender-in-nature for everything else.

any help is appreciated, thank you!

using the lgbtqia wiki page for aiaspec (link) and our definition of a gender nature (link) for reference, I believe some differences to be as follows:

a giaspec is an umbrella term while a gender nature is more of a categorical term.

gender natures describe terms that are [x], while giaspecs include terms that are [x], partly [x], [x]-aligned, [x] adjacent, similar to [x], or resembles [x], even if not [x].

I'm sure there are more differences, but giaspecs confuse us as well haha. regardless, I hope this can help.
