a flag for the vietnamese name "mèo." while not exclusive to vietnamese folk—as, despite being in the language, it's not a traditional name—i'd prefer if only vietnamese folk used my flag and for others to make their own.

do note, if you're using this as a name and aren't already aware, mèo on its own is also slang in vietnamese for "girl" in the same vein as "chick" in english is.
