anyway if Kris tries to tough it out in a DARK World while they’re sick, they will 1000% end up passing out from fever

they’ll wake up only to find their S/O sitting by their bedside talking about “ok Kris sweetheart I’m gonna take you back home so you can rest”

with Ralsei over in the corner cooking up a get-well potion for the road

and Kris just looks over, makes DIRECT eye contact with Ralsei, and they’re like “you called my partner. you somehow reached into the LIGHT World, and did the equivalent of ‘come pick up your kid from school, they’re sick’.”

and Ralsei just shrugs and is like “well you need to go home and rest”

then Kris is all “I’m not that sick”

“Kris you FAINTED in the middle of a battle, you are VERY sick”

“you. called. my. partner. to. come. get. me. while. I’m. busy. doing. knight. stuff.”

“yes, well, Susie agreed with me that they should come take you home. and when Susie and I agree on something, you know it-”

“YOU’RE A RAT, RALSEI!!!!”

and then Kris just devolves into coughing and proves Ralsei’s point and they can’t argue anymore

checkmate bitch, your goatman friend and your rude girl friend are correct, now follow your S/O and get your dumb knight leader hero of the LIGHT ass in bed

Thank you so much for the post about not being “sick enough” to seek therapy/help. I’ve struggled with this exact thing and I’m so glad you’re making a positive post about it. Hearing my family brush off the fact that I need therapy because I’m not “sick enough” was hurtful.

of course !! i’m so glad it resonated with you. if it helps at all, i’m currently doing the best i ever have, in terms of my mental health, and i’m seeking therapy myself this summer. if you feel you need it, it will never be a waste of time or anything like that. know that you’re strong and brave for getting the help you need, and that there truly is no thing as “sick enough” to need help. best of luck, and i’m proud of you <3

hello i just wanna say thank you so much for your genderfluid!jl hcs. i remember reading them and latching onto them with everything i had and the more i thought abt them the more i remembered my (previously) repressed gender feelings and asked myself “why does jl with they/them pronouns mean so much it isnt that serious?” well, imagine my suprise when a week later it hits me; im nonbinary. ive been struggling w/ this for a while so i just wanna thank u for helping me thru it (even indirectly)💚

anon, this honestly made my day! you have no idea how much this means to me, that i could actually help someone with their gender identity with something as simple as character hcs. taking these characters and just... giving them more life is really fun for me! i'm really happy that i could help you! <3
