Hey anon, to the best of my knowledge a serious attempt was made and a mod like that is currently stuck in modding limbo due to usual life/motivation constraints. So fingers crossed I suppose :)

As for what exactly be involved, I suppose manipulating some dialogue and cutscene files, possibly tweaking audio files and scripting.
