Are we allowed to be mean/express dislike of songs submitted in the notes?

Saying a song isn't your cup of tea is fine! Doing so isn't mean, there are plenty of times the audio simply doesn't stand out, perhaps the mixing is off, or the lyrics don't speak to you. You can be critical without being cruel.

We cannot stop anyone from making "mean" comments about a song, it is up to everyone's discretion to be aware that comments they make might be read by the producers themselves, as has happened multiple times in the past.

Deco*27 is not gonna cry cause you don't like his Miku tuning, but the producer who submitted one of their first works to this blog might not take your comments with as much glee, so keep in mind that words have an impact and formulate them accordingly by your own standards.

The wind was gentle in the streets of Naples. The sky was peaceful and so was Nico's gaze. The blondie (I don't remember the tonality, but it wasn't the same as Gio's) walked down the streets with comfy clothes.

Wasn't that tall. It was only 1,52 metres/4'98" - 5' feet tall. Had fair skin, brown chocolate eyes, rosy cheeks and nose. Her hair was long and straight with sided bangs and carried a notebook in her hands. Her butterfly anklet was hidden in the long boots.

'Naples for sure is lovely...' she thought 'Big bro Gio was right...'

Coincidentally, as Nico walked, another girl was making her way down the street, and in a hurry too.

" I hope Bucciarati and the others will still wanna do this by the time I make it! "

She thought, running with bags full of ingredients in her arms, her deep brown curls and silver hoop earrings bouncing as she moved down the street. Her blue eyes held a panic to them.

Bucciarati had requested she get the ingredients so they could all make dinner together that night, she'd hate if it she showed up late.

In fact, so in a hurry was she that she had barely noticed the other girl walking. As if on cue, Mirtillo crashed into her, dropping the contents of her bags and letting out a cry.

" Oh my goodness, I am SO sorry! I really didn't mean to crash into you! "

She apologized, realizing what had happened and scrambling to pick up her items and help the girl up.
