How Raven does more delicate things with his Nasod arm?
If anything Raven avoids doing anything delicate or touching anything delicate with his arm. He is aware of how restricting it is with its dangerous make and doesn’t want to take a chance. So in a nutshell he just doesn’t.
i've always wondered, if an author feels a very deep connection to one of the characters that he/she created, does it makes him/her a fictionkin or not? even without dreams of past lives as the specific character or something. like, that character is yours, you have it in mind, you know everything about him/her. his/her mind is into yours. so it is only normal or it makes said author a fictionkin? where we draw the line?
hm, this is kinda hard/tricky to answer. ill try my best though, and correct me if i'm wrong in any way.
i know someone like this in person. ive known him for a little over five years, and i know he's felt like this since i met him. he's been writing a book and perfecting it with all the little minute details. hes only told me within the past year or so that it's really about his past life, and how he was killed. i remember little faint details of his book, and i know he believes its his duty to let others know what happened. i would personally say hes a prophet, although he could technically be fictionkin depending on how he personally sees it.
its also all on how the author feels about it, in my opinion. the author could be subconsciously writing about an alternate universe they've lived in/experienced. i know also from experience that authors generally get characters built from others they know around them, and about themselves.
other people cannot police how someone feels about their fictotype. it's all up to the author on how they feel, and if anyone has doubts, they need to go to the author in question.
again, if im wrong in any way, please tell me. it would also be nice if people would reply with their experiences with this. responses from authors that are kin with their character(s) would be greatly appreciated!
