please use this ask as an opportunity for each of the mods to write down one headcanon about a Kirby character that they want to share, but haven't really had an opportunity to do so before. I just really want to hear what you can all come up with! (it doesn't have to be all of you if you don't want to, but as many of you as want to share can do so here). Mod Susie: Dark Sectonia is the exact reverse of Sectonia... and she’s alive. Basically the corruption in the mirror was the result of both queens influencing each other in the opposite way - so Dark Sectonia is very depressed and doesn’t maintain her scary wasp form anymore.

Mod Taranza: lots of sad and depressing ones. Kirby’s mental state a fair bit before and during Star Allies, What Void remembers of his past, Meta Knight’s past, Marx past, etc. But I have fun stuff too. Taranza’s species biology, Gooey’s existence, Queen Ripple being a Mom.... Gay Bugs....Did you know that Gryll and Marx met in Kindergarten and were friends ever since even after MMW? Please ask us for more stuff like this.

Mod Galacta: Keep in mind this is for gijinkas please During Revenge of Meta Knight not everyone was able to get out in time before the Halberd started to totally collapse in on itself due to the damage. Sailor specifically ended up getting trapped a piece of burning scrap. Luckily they were saved but had bad burns and had to amputate their leg as a result. On the plus side Sailor got a very cool custom prosthetic leg that they’ve gotten pretty good throwing at particularly annoying crew members-

Bandana Moddle Dee: Axe Knight and Javelin Knight are both very mischievous and act almost as partners in crime. Sailor is one of the more common targets for pranks because both Trident and Mace would beat their ass if they tried anything.

Mod Morpho: Morpho Knight, Zero2, and Queen Ripple are BFFs and form a super chaotic trio that hosts sleepovers!!!

Mod Ribbon: Being a warrior culture, traditional puffball formalwear is a form of ceremonial armour. This tends to include gauntlets, pauldrons, sabatons, embroidered cloaks, fancy headdresses and the like - typically commissioned by a specialty metalsmith and decorated with precious metal filigree, crystals, gemstones, flowers, feathers, and so on! Masks also play a role similar to that of a bride’s veil, obscuring the spouse’s face until the appropriate time comes.

Mod Skirby: Just after Susie returned and became Haltmann’s secretary, he often cried at random despite not feeling sad. This strange occurrence stopped after a month or two and he never questioned why this happened.

Okay so this kinda gonna be a clusterfuck of hcs but this is all a Burning Leo post lmao-

Burning Leo have different fur lengths and colors based on where they live, but they are pretty soft in general, kinda like a fuzzy hot water bottle. Leos that live in areas with warmer climate, like closer to the popstar equator have shorter fur since they don't gotta worry about chilly winds! Medium fur length leos can be found in areas like regular forests, and caves. Gotta stay warm but not that warm! Long furred Leos are found in mountainous and frosty areas, like snowy fields or icy caverns. Frosty and regular mountains are also good places to look.

Leos have different colored fires based on what their diet is and where they live. Leos that don't eat very healthy have standard yellow and orange fires, hot but not the hottest. Leos who take care of themselves have a brighter fire, that being green and the occasional blue. Super healthy Leos, A.K.A the most powerful ones have white flames and on the rare occasion are capable of spewing lava! It's not a large amount, but with how hot their fire is, it is like lava, but they can't do it ALL the time. Gotta be angy!! Very angy,,

Leos can be a variety of colors, typically to signal how hot they are! Orange and yellows are some of the basic Burning Leos, not the hottest but still ya know, owchie fire. The purples and blues are a little hotter due to where they are found, hotter but not the hottest! And of course, reds, greens, and pinks are the hottest, usually having the hotter colored flames. Leos can also be mottled colors, like say, pink and purple splotched, or green and blue! Depends, really.

Burning Leos have to take care of both themselves and their fires and are known to actually fuel their flames instead of eating, provides some nutrients. Leos need a diet of plenty of meats and vegetables, but also sticks! Anything can be fed to the flames atop their crowns, but most leos prefer using wood or cotton, easy and doesn't stink. You can tell a Burning Leos health by how high their flame is. If it's low and crackling quite a bunch, they are probably sick, high and licking towards the sky? Healthy as can be!

Burning Leo have teeth, but they have very tiny mouths! They can eat as much as each individual Leo prefers, but if you hear ominous crunching, that's probably the teeth doing they job. They are sharp teef as well, you are all lucky they cannot bite 😔

Burning Leo are able to breathe fire through a sac that connects from the fire on their head to the back of their throat so they can spew the flames from their mouth. Abababa HOT

Burning Leo fur is fire-proof! Also make good blankets (NOT BY SKINNING MEANS!!)

Burning Leo shed like cats, it's a handful but can easily be disposed of by using rubber gloves. Static electricity babey!!

Burning Leo have paws, little warm squishy beans :)))

Each Burning Leo crown is different, a family thing. Each family have their own crown so every member of that family has that crown. When two different Leos get together however and mitosis a child, they kinda take bits from their own crowns and make a new family crown from that! But no family has the same crown! Each jewel is also different, fire-proof and are really just decorations-

Burning Leo like to feel the textures of random things in their mouths, so it's not uncommon to find your fiery friend chewing on something they shouldn't! Not to worry, if they DO ingest something like plastic or rubber, they easily cough it up nice and melted! Kinda gross but it's better than ya know, other means of removing non-edible things.
