Ok, I'm actually in super need of advice. The assistant manager at my workplace quit last night and the only day off I had this week has been taken away.

I've been advised by my mom to put my foot down and make my demands because it's physically and mentally too much for me to handle.

I've asked my best friend IRL what I should do, but she advised I call HR about my new manager giving me more hours that what's recommended for part time employees (I heard also corporate was going off about how we shouldn't be given over time anyhow?). I was told when I had first gotten my job 5 months ago that I'd have no more than 25 hours a week. Right along, I've been given anywhere between 27-32 hours.

My intentions for tonight are to make my demands of no more than 25 hours a week and only 5 days a week because as I said, that's too much for me and I can't keep going through the way the new manager probably expects.

My next question comes from a thought while typing this, but if she denies my demands and instead fires me, can I take legal actions?

There's a lot going on right now, so if you know what to do or have some sort of advice, just DM me or drop a comment. I've not exactly been in this sort of situation before, so I don't know what to do or what to expect.

Old Prompts

Before I forget Darlings, I have a question.

I have two sets of prompts that I reblog daily for you, the first, are two prompts from only a few months back, and then after that, a much larger group of prompts from much earlier back (something that was requested).

Right now, the secondary lot of reblogs, is catching up to the first set of reblogs (First set is currently in February, and second is just finishing December.)

Should I stop reblogging the older set of reblogs completely? Or should I go back and reblog from the start again? Just to keep some of the Old older ones coming back?

Please let me know Darlings. I’ve been thinking about it for days.
