Ah, the WH cast and video games. My favorite!
Claire - She’s just here for fun! She’s competitive, sure, but her interest lies way more in the fun everyone’s having. Very skilled in most minigames (except the ones where you have to think too hard), but not very good at planning her movements. She does what feels best for her, and doesn’t hold much thought to it. Peach user.
Ashe - Now, this guy is here to win. Ashe takes everything far too seriously, and doesn’t hold anything back for anyone. He doesn’t play many non-strategy games, so he’s not super good with the more technically complex minigames, but he’s a tactical MONSTER to compensate for it. Well-placed traps, optimal use of items, even losing minigames or lagging behind on purpose to manipulate the rankings in any way he wants. Scary stuff. Yoshi/any cute critter user.
Wilardo - For Wil, it’s not about winning. It’s about sending a message, and a very irritating one at that. That friend you have who would rather troll everyone as much as they can instead of trying to win? Here he is. The most skilled at minigames, and has a pretty concrete knowledge of how the game works. Will usually go easy on Claire (because she gets sad when he tries to mess with her, and that’s not fun), but will go all out against the others, Ashe (who takes everything way too seriously) in particular. Bowser/Wario user.
Sirius - Tries to act casual, but he really, really wants to win. More than anything, he wants to stick it to Ashe and Wilardo: he’s not going to lose to the scrub or the troll, will he now? Too bad he’s not good at the minigames, at all. He can plan ahead just fine, but he’s always out of money due to placing last in the minigames... He rages and calls off friendships a lot during game sessions, but steps back immediately after calming down. Daisy/Rosalina user.
Noel - He’s very confused, but he’s having far too much fun to care. He’s not really worried about rankings, tactical placements, or even star/coin counts. He keeps forgetting he has items, too. He’s just there to have a good time with his friends, and to console those who are sad because they’re losing (he tries to comfort Sirius, but is usually rejected). Noel is physically unable to target Claire in any way, something that gets exploited by the others. Mario/Luigi user.
Yandere-Chan: I'll make him die in ways he can't even imagine.
