This isn't a request per se but there's this kinda obscure AU wherein reverse Dipper and reverse Mabel are actually the elder siblings of Mabel and Dipper (I think someone gave them the names Ariel and Alex to distinguish them from the canon twins?) and they're basically still kinda shady but they love their youngest siblings and what to shield them from the ugly side of town (the order and whatnot). what are your thoughts on that?
Holy shit I love that AU. I was actually discussing it with the creator when they first made it, I suggested the names Orion and Lyra for reverse Dipper and Mabel and they liked it, but I guess it never really stuck. @ask-reverse-siblings is a blog for it although I don’t think it’s active anymore. Here’s one of the original comics
But more on this AU. I think it’s really cute and adorable ad has so much potential for fun adventures and angst. I was going to write something for it, but I abandoned it. I may draw something for it later though. I really wish it was a bigger deal in the fandom.
