I've seen enormous amounts of music band stamps and never saw EVEN JUST ONE from The Jam! So I took matters to my own hands 😤 Enjoy!! I know you mostly do good omens stuff but I’m wondering—in this post, one thing never pointed out is that charles’ mod patch had a black line—I think an arrow—through it? any idea what’s up w/ that? /nf /curious

Hello! Glad to answer this. 🖤

Charles’ patch has a black line because the patch is most likely associated with the (at the time-) mod band “The Who”. The creator of the logo, Brian Pike, used for the original creation a united “h” that signified unity and equality and the arrow, which meant to symbolize “masculinity”.

Although Charles’ patch does not include the band name, mostly because of licensing reasons (check out his room posters too, they are all made up bands and things to avoid falling into licensing each thing used)- his patch remains a bit more subtle with just the arrow. (Does not mean he sees himself as super masculine, but just that he aligned himself with the mod subculture of the 80s.)

60′s Mod Style: Perfect for your groovy sims!

Need some retro pieces of cc to spice up your sim’s wardrobe? Well, look no further than this wide array of colorful dresses and matching boots! There are lots of great 60′s inspired cc, but none of the dresses people have made had the silhouette I was looking for, so I made it myself. After that, I figured it’d be wrong to not make some matching gogo boots, so I whipped up a pair of platform versions to go with the dress.

It’s a bit more colorful than my usual style, but don’t worry, the boots and dress have a black swatch included for the people who might want that.

Both items are basegame compatible, have proper LODs and custom thumbnails. The dress has 31 swatches, including plain and patterned variations, and the boots have 11. The boots have a shiny specular, too. The dress only works on female frames but the boots work for both male and female sims.
