Some small edits to Niero’s mod I made for myself. The first two remove the shoulder part of the scarf, the next two add tassels and the last two work best with any jackets based on Valentines Coat or the Greaser leather jacket.
The addon relies on Niero’s original mod and makes full use of it’s framework (as in materials, tints and changing of appearance at the armor workbench).
Male and female support. Link below the cut. Please read “Requirements” and pay attention to the right load order.

CROSS Uni Scarfs is Niero's baby. Permission has to be given by them.
Notes: The last two meshes are meant to be used with those jackets and the neck doesn't look good without. Might also not look very good with various over the top changes by CBBE. There is some clipping for male characters while crouching. I tried.
to the game; Craft-able at any Chem station under the [Utility] category. To change the outfits/gloves appearance, use the Armor workbench. (NPC) version is for those who do not use a traditional Pip-Boy or want Companions/NPCs to wear this without the odd rolled up sleeve.

PC + female version only for now! Bethesda’s meshes can’t handle gigantic b/oobs very well so try not to go too crazy with the sliders.
It’s a mess with awful temporary textures but I am so excited that it worked! I was wondering if there was a way to get around loosing cloth physics data when combining more than one mesh in Outfit Studio. Turns out there is: Bethesda often uses separate meshes for outfits and combines them later via assigning them to different body-slots in game. And since I am a scrub with 3ds and have barely any know-how when it comes to weighting/ cloth data I thought “welp, what’s the worst that could happen?”. Current “worst” is a layered dress with physics & no clipping whatsoever without getting in the way of any other mod that makes use of the other available body-slots. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
Well, except vanilla engine shenanigans. But now I do at least have an idea how to cut the dress.
Also an old hair mash-up I am still fond of and a messy pixie cut because long hair gets filthy in the Wasteland and at some point you just have to get rid of it. With a rusty paper scissor. Probably (I like messy hair, ok? :|).
I made my very first normal maps, yay. Pants almost done. Not as neat as a 3D-model map and doesn’t always correspond correctly to all wrinkles but alas (I have no idea what I’m doing. Not really.). The jacket still has a long way to go if I don’t ditch it after all. :/
So much to do still. The boots, the tops, the suits, open suit + jacket mesh, playing the game, beating the game.
Bleep. Some more things. I prefer Danse in orange though. And with his own jacket with the extra fluff I added for ... uh ... science. Yes. Science. It’s all for science.
This was an incredibly nagging pet peeve of mine. A quick and dirty mesh edit compatible with any and all texture mods solved it. Edits player female lashes and probably those of a few NPCs using the same ones by default.
