Bonus post today: not a horse! But a Breyer, so... horse-related? Horse model related, anyway.

This is Breyer's Jasper the Market Hog, in Traditional (1:9) scale. Sculpted by Chris Hess, this particular variation with the black back spot was available from 1974 to 2000. I have no idea what year mine is from, but if I had to guess, I'd say pre-90s. He is very yellowed with age- oranged at this point. He's in surprisingly good shape otherwise, though!

This is about what he would have looked like originally (the back spots had a lot of variation, it seems):

But hey, I got him for $3 at a flea market, so I can't complain.
