First days at gym i feel "awkward". When the days pass i start feel better & calm.
As the time pass, i met all the clients,we build a rapport which is very important in order to trust me
I made some mistakes about my behavior to the new clients.I realized that be calm and show the exercise first & after tell them to perform it (e.g. in a machine that they never use before) is the correct way to learn something new
This experience make me understand that in the future want to take over personal training than group po classes.When i meet the client individually,i give all my energy and that's why i prefer it.
Is good to take initiatives in case that you believe is correct.This make a person take responsibilities. Overall,next time i will be more confident about myself and take the decision without stress!
