When Sirius said that he wanted to talk to him, Alphard grew a bit worried. He had grown rather used to Sirius living with him. He was fond of the young man and wanted to help him grow into the man that Alphard always wished he could be. They spent the last four years cohabitating, Alphard always willing to help out Sirius in whatever way he needed (emotionally, financially, whatever he needed, Al was there for him).
He feared that it was time for Sirius to go find his own place (which he knew wouild eventually happen) and that was what the conversation was going to be about. Still, he sat in his study (one of the few places that he asked Sirius not to go to without him present), sipping on a whiskey and coke as he waited for Sirius to arrive.
Merlin help him through this.
