After a few days, and long hours into the night, the hat is covered with green!! But I'm not finished yet, now I have to felt it back and forth until all this fuzz is tucked in nice and neat! The brim issue has been solved!! So the problem I was having before was that the fiber wrapped around the edges lifted and frayed (as seen in pictures 2 and 3) so now! (Pictures 4 and 5, sorry for the bad quality) I have glued the fiber onto the very edge of the hat and am felting in the fuzzy bits. And as you can see.. So much is done! But I'm still having as issue with the brim.. I figured, if I wrap the fibers around the wire and felt them in just behind, then maybe they would just stay..
