Meet the main characters!
First one is Guinivere Procthorne, a newly Awakened Witch who lives up on Proctor Hill with her aunts. Shes currently trying to figure out where her mom and brother went missing, and as she does that and continues to channel her powers, she is noticed by an ominous force who tries to keep her from discovering secrets she shouldn’t…
And secondly, this is J Dubois, the secondary and more confident witch who helps the aunts with their metaphysical shop, Mortar and Pestle. They are a trans man (FtM) who specializes in combat magics, hence the matching tattoo sleeves. They are descended from a Creole mama and a Penobscot dad, and pushes the generational trauma and transphobia away as best they can with a cool and collected attitude.
