I needed to bother someone with my newest CTW AU since my nd brain demands I talk about it so yah-
The AU is called Harbinger and was inspired by this song
I almost forgot to mention but it’s also a Yandere!Millie AU and Millie x Sarah angst
The first part takes place before the main events of Count The Ways, with Millie catching feelings for Sarah. It starts out wholesome and pure with Dylan and Brooke teasing her about her crush on Sarah, and Millie wondering how she could tell her how she feels.
But then, To Be Beautiful happens. I’m sure you can tell where this is going
Unlike Millie, Sarah isn’t as lucky in her story, and dies before Millie can tell her how she feels. Let’s just say that Millie doesn’t take this well.
When she sees what’s left of Sarah, something inside of Millie breaks. Sarah, the one person who made her happy, and think of something other than death, was gone. At first she just feels sad about her death, but when she sees that someone or something else was the cause of her death, that sadness quickly turns to rage and anger towards whoever killed her.
After driving an even bigger wedge between herself and her family with her anger, Millie is visited by Funtime Freddy who is a grim reaper of sorts in this AU, and instead of killing her like he originally planned to do, he senses her anger and sees potential in her. The two make a deal, and Millie becomes a harbinger of death earning the AU its name.
Since Millie doesn’t actually know who killed Sarah, she goes on a rampage causing the deaths of anyone who she knows has messed with Sarah in the past such as The Beautifuls, and Mason. Dylan and Brooke are unable to calm her down, and Millie keeps her grandfather away from herself because she doesn’t want to hurt him.
One day when she’s about to cause the death of another she had seen around Sarah before, a small animatronic endoskeleton stops her. Normally Millie and Funtime Freddy would destroy it, but Millie can sense that a very familiar human soul is possessing it. Upon further investigation, they find out that it’s Sarah, using a busted illusion disc to make herself look partially like the old her.
If you thought that this would bring Millie to her senses, and stop her from killing anymore people that had nothing to do with her death, then you are sorely mistaken.
If anything, she gets more aggressive and especially possessive over Sarah, and instead of just causing the deaths of people who have wronged Sarah in the past, she starts killing anyone that interacts with Sarah at all. Even worse, Millie takes advantage of her position as a harbinger of death and makes sure that this time Sarah cannot die, effectively making her immortal alongside her. Even if Sarah’s body was destroyed, her soul would stay alive and pass into another body.
Sarah is essentially forced to watch as all her friends and what’s left of her family all die, until all that’s left is her, Millie, and Death itself Funtime Freddy
TL;DR: To Be Beautiful happens, and already scarred goth girl goes off the deep end, and starts working with the robot bear in her grandfather’s workshop who just so happens to be the grim reaper, and kills literally everyone else around her, while keeping her gf’s soul alive in a robot body, only giving her more trauma

Yay, man, I dunno, but Dixie Boy by April Smith seems like a song that would fit this AU
