Akito is transmasc and has presented as a man for almost all of his life. He has difficulty asking for help or advice related to this, and has ended up in some pretty bad situations for it.
The first time he tore his binder, for example, he had had it for years and was uncertain what to do. Only when his ribs started aching even when not wearing the binder did he go to Ena for advice, who promptly yelled at him for not coming sooner and then advised him to talk to Mizuki. Mizuki at the time knew very little about binding, but she did know of some good resources that Akito could use and directed him to those. Akito is incredibly appreciative for this (and would never admit that to anyone, especially Ena).
Nene is very sensitive to loud noises. She can project her voice just as well as Rui and Emu and almost as well as Tsukasa, however, she only does so when singing in very large venues. She prefers to practice singing acapella or with piano accompaniment (courtesy of Tsukasa) as opposed to music over speakers. Additionally, she has a special set of noise-cancelling headphones that she wears when gaming so that she can play while having the volume down low.
When Mizuki was in late elementary school and junior high, she used sewing projects to help her understand her identity and feel more like herself. She would make cute wrist cuffs, flower keychains with lace for her bookbag, and other small but gender-affirming items that she could more easily bring around without odd looks from others. This is part of the reason sewing is so dear to her heart.
VBS Miku, whilst being bisexual herself, didn't know about the concept of Pride/Pride celebrations for a while. One time VBS came into Meiko's cafe after having gone to a Pride event and Miku was highly confused as to why they were dressed so colorfully so they had to sit down and explain.
Once she learned about Pride, Miku was very excited and wanted to show her support so she tried to make a rainbow cake and almost took out Meiko's kitchen in the process.
The Otori family has a tradition of throwing large egg hunt parties every Easter at their estate for their children and children's friends. When Emu entered high school, her dad originally planned to end the tradition. However, Emu got so upset that her brothers successfully lobbied her dad to continue the hunt. Emu is fiercely competitive in these hunts and even took down Tsukasa one year by accident when trying to grab an egg.
VBS Meiko has a little cork board in her cafe where everyone has pinned up pride flags that they identify with. She doesn’t want to ever take them down so she decorates around them, such as during the winter holidays when she puts tiny paper stars and Christmas hats on top of the flags or Halloween when she uses the flags as backgrounds for paper cut-out jack-o-lanterns.
Airi is very good with cameras and does a lot of the camera work for MMJ. She started doing this when MMJ first started streaming from the school rooftop and needed someone who could make the shots look nice no matter the weather, and she continued on in this role afterwards.
