VBS Miku, whilst being bisexual herself, didn't know about the concept of Pride/Pride celebrations for a while. One time VBS came into Meiko's cafe after having gone to a Pride event and Miku was highly confused as to why they were dressed so colorfully so they had to sit down and explain.

Once she learned about Pride, Miku was very excited and wanted to show her support so she tried to make a rainbow cake and almost took out Meiko's kitchen in the process.

✮ Mod Headcanon ✮

VBS Meiko has a little cork board in her cafe where everyone has pinned up pride flags that they identify with. She doesn’t want to ever take them down so she decorates around them, such as during the winter holidays when she puts tiny paper stars and Christmas hats on top of the flags or Halloween when she uses the flags as backgrounds for paper cut-out jack-o-lanterns.

Every time June rolls around, VBS will get themselves into at least one pride-related event (though it usually ends up as more than one because their fans either push them to, or they end up being invited as a sort-of popular all-queer music group) (I mean they need somewhere to perform all these gay songs ♡)

Mod Headcanon!! 🐹🎧 & 🥞

Kohane and An both wanted to do a duet cover of Gimme×Gimme, but on the day of recording, Kohane got ill and wasn't able to attend. Out of desperation, An called up Akito to ask if he could sing the cover with her, and as much as he didn't want to, he still showed up and sang with her.

An and Akito both found singing this song together incredibly awkward, especially as An really wanted to sing this with Kohane, and Akito would have preferred if he hadn't go dragged into this when that song was clearly for them. But, when they showed it to Kohane and they asked her if they wanted to re-record with her instead, she praised the cover and asked them to upload it, as she didn't think she could do better than they did.

So, that is how the An & Akito Gimme×Gimme cover was born

Ok but I really do think that Akito’s struggling with anger issues and his top1 solution is just punch something really hard. For example for the last time he was really angry, he punched a brick wall and broke his knuckles.

It’s not like he’s constantly irritated or mad (I’d say he’s pretty laidback if anything). But he tends to get angry when upset or/and frustrated. Kind of a fucked up coping mechanism, where instead of crying or being depressed you starting to grow pissed by almost every single thing.

And An have this weird thing where if she’s mad she tries to hide it and instead goes running or boxing (yes, I think she likes boxing or something like that). Just isolating herself completely to work her emotions out. She constantly tries to forget because it’s hurting her to be angry.

And one day An loses to someone in some kind of a solo singing battle (??) and gets really mad about it because she really worked hard for it. And on her way back she runs into a very tired and pissed Akito. Idk why he would be pissed but I imagine that he can be this much angry only if it’s about the way his father treats Ena or Tōya’s family trying to get Tōya back to classical music?? Literally anything that goes with declining peoples efforts or freedom drives him crazy.

I mean the dude was literally picked on for being "average" while also overworking himself just to gain some skill. I can imagine how angry he would be if someone says Tōya or Ena or anyone who's close with Akito "isn't good enough" or smth.

The most fucked up thing about it all is that they try so hard to forget feelings and thoughts that are hurting them that they choose to hurt themselves on purpose. I know Akito would’ve done this almost unintentionally and An just probably wouldn’t want to give much thought about it.

And An and Akito both came to the solution: they better be doing something healthy to cope with anger and frustration. So maybe they now spar sometimes and An teaches Akito boxing (and he’s kinda good but also “Man ur punch is strong af but u needa learn some moves or smth istg u can’t do that in boxing”). Or Akito shows An some places to go and just scream at the top of their lungs.

Tōya probably didn’t know anything about it at first because Akito didn’t want him to worry much (but broken knuckles and new bruises every few weeks are hard to hide tbh). And Kohane knows from the start and she really wishes her girlfriend would’ve talked to her about it.

But they’re working on it!!!! (and Tōya almost cried when he saw Akito with bloody hands and An with a broken nose sitting near “the Weekend Garage” bc “what the fuck happened to you?!????” “Aoyagi-kun pls don’t freak out…”)
