Modified 75 Hard Challenge
1. Follow A Diet (No sugar, no empty junk food)
2. Wim Hof technique & cold shower/plunge + 45minute workouts; 1 of these has to be outside.
3. Drink 2L of water.
4. Apply for 10 jobs.
5. Take a progress picture everyday.
