I need to focus more on myself
Iām DONE compromising too much of myself. I have this problem where I feel like I always need to make Jill happy, and I just cant do it while being happy myself. I need to do what I feel is right, and honestly, the right thing to do is to prepare, plan, and pursue my goals.Ā
So lets get started.Ā
What is it that I need to prepare for? What are my goals? How do I achieve them? And most importantly, how do I make sure I stick to achieving these goals?
Goals:
1) Eat 3-5 full meals a day
Spaghetti and meatsauce w/ broccoli and carrots
Rice, veggies, and Salmon
Potatoes, beef, broccoli & rice
2) Workout daily
Workout in the morning
Go to the gym in the evening
In between, do some meditation
3) Code and study daily
Code as soon as you wake up
Code for an hour and pause
Code at home until you cant
4) Maintain a clean living area
Clean every break period
5) Find a well paid full-time job
Apply for only an hour a day
