A mercenary with an arm mounted modified medical laser heading into a bar. So yeah, medical lasers are a thing, as are mining cutters. Easily modified if not terribly effective against Armour, the UPJ are the biggest exporter of that kind of tech, and it isn't very common, mostly because it's pretty new, and pretty niche. Decided to draw this after a request on newgrounds. this one is pretty far into Reign Britannia.
