Day 24: Mod Podge
I liked the dotted look that I did with eye liner the other day.. so I tried a different method using shadows.

My lampshade was breaking so I got all fancy. Shout out to #hotglue and #modpoge. 💡
I still need to answer yours after I put thought in, but while I think: cactus, combat boots, cry baby, coffee, and marble
i’m only answering this now but i love you!!
cactus: what is your opinion on brown eyes?
they are absolutely beautiful, marvelous, striking. it also helps if they’re light enough to be seen and not just dark pools like mine.... (though apparently i’m “delusional” about this)
combat boots: are you a very forgiving person? do you like being this way? ]
i guess so. i believe most people deserve a second chance and i will give it to them but there are obviously things that can’t be forgiven. i hope i never come across those people.
cry baby: list the concerts you have been to and talk about how they make you feel.
the first concert i remember was a rotterdam november and eowyn, at my friend’s church. that was fun! and very christian!
nightwish in 2012.... kamelot opened for them and it was like the last show nightwish did with anette olzon. god it was incredible because i made my dad drive me and my friend brian three hours to cleveland and he was aghast at the “type of people” @ the concert. my favorite memory from that night was anette putting on a cute top hat for “slow, love, slow” and then dancing with brian.
then... i guess... metric? with brian? that was bomb too! i don’t remember much of it....
two zelda symphony of the goddesses and another pso concert and the zelda ones were INCREDIBLE, like you can’t even imagine how awesome it was to come out and see all the zelda fans, dressed in every which way, just enjoying the series’ incredible music!
sonata arctica/delain/nightwish last year, and i went alone, and i was sitting far in the gallery but god can all three of them put on a show.
amaranthe in the freezing cold this year with my sister and fuck, amaranthe is one of the best bands i’ve seen live and i’ll never forget elize giving me and my sister a hug!
motionless in white/in this moment: i won tickets to that and i’m not the biggest fan of itm but damn can maria put on a show. she’s like a truly goth lady gaga lmao
DELAIN, fucking delain, that i saw, technically, with @bigfootjpg and i was so close to the stage and i was so fucking into it!!! reader, i fucking died that night (almost literally too)
coffee: what’s your starbucks order, and who would you trust to order for you, if anyone?
if i want real coffee i have to be able to pretend it’s hot chocolate so i get a mocha latte with at least 3 packets of sugar.... otherwise i’ll get a double chocolate chip frappe! my starbucks isn’t that complicated so anyone who can read could probably do it lmao
marble: what is the most important thing to you in your life right now?
being safe and warm and happy and loved D:
Decided to work on a DIY Mod Podge project. Zinnia, Oxlip, Poinsettia
I decided to also add Magnolia, Aster, and Azalea for good measure
hello i love you
ZINNIA: Who was your best friend when you were six years old?
back then i think it was the two girls who lived in the next apartment building, one two years older than me and the other a year younger than me. i probably had “best friends” in school but i don’t remember them as vividly as i will remember these two girls.
OXLIP: Would you ever get into a long distance relationship?
i think i would. i have a lot of long-distance friendships and what’s the difference, really? though i’d maybe want to meet this person occasionally lmao
POINSETTIA: Favorite holiday dish?
aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!! ok well... i’m a sucker for apple pie (that’s a 4th of july dish? right?) and i love love christmas cookies... but that’s about it, we don’t eat american food ever in the house nor do we celebrate american holidays with cooking. on indian religious holidays you make like puri but i don’t like puri all that much nor do i like indian sweets so...
MAGNOLIA: Favorite kind of candy?
i love strawberry banana peach rings! sweetarts and sour patch kids and strawberry nerds too. chocolate is also good, but i’ve sort of grown out of hershey’s type chocolate candy unfortunately :(
ASTER: Would you rather be cold or hot?
hot tbh, but i’d rather just be warm
AZALEA: What’s a movie you cried while watching?
the only one that comes to mind is like, the last harry potter but that was years ago. D:

Classical, Byzantine, Neo-Classical, Pop Art
Classical: If you were an Olympian deity, what would you be known for?
kdfjhlaksjdas hands down i’d be the goddess of lethargy... or sloth.... best case scenario: goddess of fruitful lethargy and/or procrastination.
Byzantine: Do you prefer gold or silver accessories?
i guess it depends on the piece itself? i’m not a fan of the heavy gold monstrosities desi people wear so that wouldn’t be something i’d ever prefer. but simple gold or sliver pieces are okay. no preference i guess.
Neo-classicism: If something came back into fashion, what do you hope it would be?
oh geez. uh. regency clothing? no no no. definitely elaborate dresses like in coronation portraits a la the 1800′s. also let’s bring back greek style (well more like pre-raphaelite impressions of greek style) chitons and pelpos.... long flowing things....
Pop Art: Do you enjoy pop culture?
i LOVE pop culture. pop culture is the soul of a people. and it’s always changing. there’s always something new to learn about people via their pop culture.
