A sequel of sorts to my DA:I Mods Masterlist. This list includes all the mods I personally use and recommend for DA2.

I’ve placed asterisks (**) next to the mods I consider essential. The others are fun but less critical.

I have not fully tested all of these in-game. With mods there’s always the possibility of compatibility errors and game crashes. I recommend making a backup of all your game save files before modding, just in case!

Not all of these mods are designed to be installed at the same time, and some mods may require that a DLC is installed in order to work.

Note: Most DA2 mods simply need to be copied into the DA2 override folder on your computer to work. The CharGenMorph Compiler is required if you wish to install multiple CC mods. Make sure you read the modder’s instructions before you install any mod.

I get asked a lot about the mods I use for DA:I, and since I’ve just finished compiling all my mods for Thalon’s official rerun, I thought I’d post a masterlist for anybody curious about the mods I use.

I’ve placed asterisks (**) next to the mods I consider essential. The others are fun add-ons but not as critical.

I’ve tested most of these in-game and haven’t run into any major issues, but with mods there’s always the possibility of compatibility errors and game crashes. I recommend making a backup of all your game save files before you start playing around seriously with mods, just in case!

Some of these are redundant and not all of them are meant to be installed simultaneously, the crafting and shop mods in particular. Make sure you read the modder’s instructions before you install.
